You Too Can Win, But You Shouldn'tI wanted to tell you about a great giveaway I found on the Internet. Now if you read Small Town Mommy regularly, you know that I am a huge fan of Blue Monkey Butt (I affectionately refer to the writers as the Butt Girls). I am trying to convince both ladies to join me at BlogHer (see the cool link? A couple of clicks and you too can be registered). Since I have met them both online I have started to really like them both and my feelings have progressed from stalky fandom to friendship (we are even friends on Facebook). But, you don’t care how much I like the Butt Girls. What you really care about is what’s in it for you. The Butt Girls are running a giveaway. They are giving away 2 premium memberships to MyPunchBowl.com. That means I can win one and there is still one left for the rest of you to fight over share. I know, I know, I may not seem the type to plan anything more than throwing a bag of chips at a couple of guests, but I can change. Really, I promise I will. I can cook, I just need guidance for everything else. That is where MyPunchBowl.com comes in. They will be able to help me plan a bitchin’ party. In fact, if I win, I am putting together a party and all of you are invited (when you enter at Blue Monkey Butt, feel free to leave a comment that you think I should win the other membership). To let you know how cool MyPunchBowl.com is, when I visted the site yesterday, I discovered it was National Potato Day. If I had a membership, I would have known in advance and could have thrown a party for that. So head on over and enter to win the second membership. You too can throw the ultimate party. |
I see the contest. I want to enter, but I want you to win too. But if I want to win, I have to enter. Oh, what to do!
I need coffee.
(Good luck!)
I will reserve the spot for you, but only because you made me laugh about national potato day! Wow, think of what we could have done. Dressed up like a potato, and made the kids our spuds. Served everything from fries to au gratin. Had a slip and slide into mashed potatoes using milk instead of water. It could have been great!
Anne, you’re so awesome to blog about this giveaway. I think we should make you an honorary Butt Girl!
What exactly is IN that punch? Hmmm…
You are too kind. Do they let goats in?
I can’t believe I missed National Potato Day again!!
thanks for sharing the give away
i wish to meet some bloggers some day too, i think it would be great.
Good luck on the giveaway. Your enthusiasm was catching.
National potato day…and I missed it!
Butt girls? I like it. I may have to use that too.
Gasp! I love potatoes!!
