Gifts for Small Town Daddy in the Small Town

Valentine’s Day is a week away.  I always remind people to shop early and avoid the rush.  If you didn’t listen, here’s your chance to shop easily from the comfort of your own home.

I was offered the opportunity to review ProFlowers.com.  If you aren’t familiar with ProFlowers, it is an online site where you can order flowers and other gifts for your loved ones (or even those you don’t like so much).

While Valentine’s Day is my birthday, I still feel like I need to buy a gift for Small Town Daddy.  It’s not just my holiday (although it should be).  Small Town Daddy is impossible to shop for.  He likes technology and I don’t know much about it (and it is always crazy expensive).  ProFlowers came through for me because he also likes plants.

I decided to get him an orchid.  orchidIsn’t it beautiful?  It arrived looking like that.

    Oh wow! That orchid is GORGEOUS.

    But, I think Valentines Day should be all about YOU. i mean, it IS your birthday! :)

    Orchids are beautiful but I can’t keep them alive. I can’t even keep a cactus alive believe it not. I do like using ProFlowers though, quite convenient to get them to ship it out verses me actually doing anything lol

    oh oh oh, so so love that orchid, so beautiful, and yes, it added warmth to the snowy background.

    Beautiful! I love orchids, but have never bought one. I’m afraid my cats would destroy it within a day. I still think Valentine’s Day should be all about you. We have 2 Valentine’s Day birthdays in our family as well, my father and our Disney Daughter!
