Meow Monday: Jubilee in the Small TownMondays in the Small Town are dedicated to all thing Oreo with Meow Monday. Oreo was late this morning because the camera ate his photos. We needed technical help to rescue them and that requires waiting until Small Town Daddy returns. But, don’t worry, he’s here now and looking forward to sharing with you. Last week, Oreo was all about the queen of England. He heard it was the Jubilee and while he didn’t know what that meant, he is always up for a party. Since it’s London, it’s all about the hats. So Oreo found a stylish hat. Since he doesn’t wear dresses, he grabbed his favorite purple boa to complete his ensemble. He waited patiently for the queen. No, he is not displeased, he is giving you his supermodel pout. Of course, waiting is exhausting. So he went to sleep. What were your thoughts on the Jubilee? Did you watch the coverage? What did you think? |
I love the progression of photos here, really tells the story of an oreo photoshoot, so love his attire, he looks so good in purple. His pout is so confident
happy Meow MOnday Oreo.
AHAHAHAHAHA! That last photo cracked me up! I love that he fell asleep while waiting all dressed up instead of impatiently wriggling away. Signs of a true star.
And no, I didn’t pay any attention to the Jubilee – give Oreo my apologies.
Oreo is one great SuperModelCat. I could learn from him.
I did not watch the Jubilee. I do not have a TV in my goat house
Oreo never ceases to amaze me. He is about the most laid-back model I have ever seen! I would be sporting airplane ears and angry eyes until the stuff got removed from my body.
Nobody here has time for TV (just goofing around on Facebook!), so no jubilee watching here!
these are such wonderful photos and the cat looks so great.
how lovely! the cats in our house do not dress up and they wouldn’t love the idea. they’ll probably prance around or wriggle like in pain trying to remove anything we’ll put on them.
oreo has an x factor he he
So darn cute! Or should I say majestic?
Adorable. He looked a little unhappy. Kinda like, “How dare you put this on me?” lol
We did not watch the coverage. I think that I got my fill through Oreo here!
We didn’t watch the jubilee here. I think Oreo looks very regal in his purple boa.
I love anything “royal”, so yep, I was following the Jubilee. It’s a shame Prince Phillip was ill and couldn’t attend. Too bad we couldn’t send Oreo to take his place!
Too cute!

I think it was a terrible waste of money in this harsh economy. However, Oreo looks adorable, and the Brits do love their queen
who needs to watch the Jubilee – when I have Oreo on the internet!!
